What Should I Do If I Get a New Job?

As previously mentioned, when you get a new job everyone must complete an entirely new form W-4. It does not change the amount of your pay which goes towards Social Security and Medicare. Those are defined amounts.

If you do not submit a new W-4 and your employer does not, they will still give you a paycheck however, they will withhold income taxes at the most affluent tax rate applicable to single filers without any other adjustments.
